Last Chance movie

A hired assassin weighs his loyalty against his life after being dispatched to eliminate his latest target and falling for a beautiful woman with ties to the very man standing in the center of his crosshairs. Rob (Kristof Robinson) was always a professional, but this time the job has become personal. Realizing that the consequences of betraying his partner and disobeying his direct orders may result in death or worse, Rob attempts to remember what it meant to fight for something he truly believes in while carefully playing both sides and waiting for the perfect moment to play his hand.

Scary film: Mama (2013)

SYNOPSIS: 

Annabel and Lucas are faced with the challenge of raising his young nieces that were left alone in the forest for 5 years…. but how did they survive all alone in the wilderness? And were they really alone?

As the film begins we hear a reporter talking bout some type of fiscal nightmare that has Wall Street reeling and is being called the worst financial crash of all time. Jeffrey (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau) is in his home listening to the report and sweating profusely, obviously upset about the news, or maybe he’s upset that the report states that he’s just shot and killed his business associates and is being sought by the police. His 3 yr. old daughter, Victoria (Megan Charpentier) and her 1 yr. old sister, Lilly (Isabelle Nelisse) are dressed and asking for their mom. Sadly, Jeffrey has pretty much flipped his wig and shoots mom as well. He then gathers the girls up and drives away in the middle of a heavy snowstorm. Extremely distraught (& still armed) he drives recklessly on icy, snow covered roads and despite hearing Victoria warn him that he’s driving too fast he continues until running of of the road into a snow covered embankment. Miraculously the three of them survive with minimal damage (Victoria’s glasses get busted up) and they begin to trudge through the frosty foilage looking for some sort of shelter from the ever worsening storm.

They come upon a small abandoned cottage where Jeffrey manages to start a fire to keep the kids warm. As Victoria wanders about she calls out claiming that someone is outside & their feet aren’t on the ground! Jeffrey ignores her claims and readies his pistol to shoot her in the back of the head when his neck is suddenly broken by something but what? We then see the girls sitting in front of the dwindling fire, seemingly contemplating their fate when someone rolls a cherry across the floor to them. Then that same something comes up behind them. Cut to 5 years later and the girls uncle Lucas (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau again) has been searching fruitlessly for them, going so far as to hire professional trackers to help. And they do eventually come across the dilapidated cottage. And once inside they find a mountain of dried cherry pits and the two (Now feral) children...

Hot action film: Mafia Jung

Thomas Yip directed this low-budget Hong Kong action film shot back-to-back with Crystal Hunt and utilizing many of the same actors and locations. Sharla Cheung stars as Peggy, a CIA agent who joins the Hong Kong police in chasing fugitive convict Tong Yiang (Shing Fui-on). Tong is quite the hot property, since he has a stolen computer chip which not only the CIA but two rival criminal organizations want to get their hands on very badly. One of the gangs is headed by a corrupt business tycoon named Fok Chi-kien (Eddy Ko), who grabs Tong Yiang but is assassinated by the henchmen of the other gangleader, Long Hair (Gordon Lau) before he can get the chip. Long Hair takes off for Thailand with the chip, and Peggy joins her new Hong Kong partners in tracking him down. Donnie Yen, Carrie Ng, and Ken Lo lead the familiar cast.

Horror movie: Excision 2012

Synopsis:

The story relates about a disturbed high school girl passionate about medicine, who outdoes herself to be accepted by her controlling mother.

Pauline (Annalynne McCord) is the most troubled girl you may ever see on film. While there is no evidence to prove that she is on drugs, that may cross the viewers mind due to the visuals in the film. She wants to be a surgeon one day, due to the fact that her younger sister Grace is dying. The story itself is not what the movie focuses on at all. The film simply needed what little story it had as a placemat to put all of the disgusting visuals, which you will be feeling sick to your stomach all the way until the last credit rolls.

Right off the bat, you immediately know there is a visionary of sorts behind this movie. Starting with an incredibly strange intro which is completely confusing all the way to a number of what you could only describe as nightmares filled with gore and suggestive necrophilia. All of this wrapped into the broken mind of a troubled teen. "Excision" attempts and succeeds in crossing the line in the disgusting department. This may be the grossest movie you have ever seen, and while done in an artistic fashion, leaves the undying impression that some things just aren't meant to be used as art.
